The Hamlyn Park Tennis Club committee invite all members to the 2021 Annual General Meeting to be held at Hamlyn Park Tennis Club on Tuesday 19th October 2021 at 7PM.
Some of the clubs success stories this year are:
- Completed the lighting upgrade and court resurfacing of the top 3 courts.
- Signed with NTSG Coaching team to facilitate coaching programs at the Club.
- Has received funding from Tennis Australia to assist with the ongoing maintenance of the facility and improving administrative processes.
To hear more about these exciting times for the club and its future I would like to invite all members to the 2021 AGM for the Hamlyn Park Tennis Club at the clubrooms or online pending COVID 19 so you can see and be a part of what is coming up in 2021 – 22. The committee will be re-elected with all positions open and available. Attached is the Agenda for the proposed AGM with nomination forms for Committee positions.
On this note the Club is arranging Club Re-launch to showcase its new Courts, Facilities and Services to the members, and community. This is planned for Sunday 10th October 2021 as a twilight event. Stay tuned for further details.
I cannot stress enough for all members to get involved as it is exciting times at the club. The more contributors to the club, the more benefits we can give back to the members and community.
