The Hamlyn Park Tennis Club committee invite all members to the 2021 Annual General Meeting to be held online via Microsoft Teams on 5th April 2022 at 7:30 PM. Note this is our postponed 2021 meeting.

It has been an interesting start to 2021-22 for the Hamlyn Park Tennis Club. and all involved with both exciting yet uncertain times, with hopefully the end in sight with COVID 19 challenges.
Despite the challenges and these testing times the club has successfully completed the lighting upgrade and court resurfacing of the top 3 courts as of late May, early June 2021.
The Hamlyn Park Tennis Club also has signed a contract with NTSG Coaching team from Geelong Lawn to facilitate coaching programs at the Club. This will provide greater services to community such as Hot Shot Programs, Cardio Tennis, Group Coaching etc however it has been a slow start due to the current pandemic and Winter conditions, but we will push on into summer where hopefully the situation will improve.
The club has also received additional funding from Tennis Australia to assist with the ongoing maintenance of the facility and improving administrative processes. This was subject to a submission of a 5 to10-year plan for the Hamlyn Park Tennis Club and its vision / future sustainability and growth.
To hear more about these exciting times for the club and its future I would like to invite all members to 2021 AGM for the Hamlyn Park Tennis Club at the so you can see and be a part of what is coming up in 2021 – 22. On this note the Club is arranging Club Re-launch to showcase its new Courts, Facilities and Services to the members, and community. This is planned for Sunday 20th March 2022 as a day event. Stay tuned for further details.
It is important that we hear from all involved with the club, so we can improve as a club to better the member and sponsor experience. The more contributors to the club, the more benefits we can give back to the members and community. In the meantime, please take care and stay safe.
