Light Hire – Night Tennis at Hamlyn Park

Please note from the managing committee that with the early nights during Winter months, there will be members wanting to use the lights which are available for use for the tennis courts.

Please note for your reference that the Club provides Light Hire at a cost of $10 per hour. ($2.50 each for a court of four players or $5 each for a court of two players.)

It is recommended that the lights should not remain on after 10pm out of respect to the neighbors surrounding the courts.

Working Bee – This SUnday 30 Jan at 10am

The Hamlyn Park Tennis Club is in need of some extra hands for a small working bee to be held this Sunday from 10am to help with a general clean up of the tennis courts and clubrooms.

All the commitee asks is an hour of your time and please bring along some gloves, garbage bags and maybe a couple tools.  The more hands, the quicker it can be all done.  The club would urge all senior pennant and social players to make some time free as they are the ones who benefit most from utilising the courts.  Duties to be carried out include:

- General clean up around the tennis court fenceline.

- Replacement of the nets.

- General check / vacuum in clubrooms and toilets.

- Guttering on clubroom roof.

Any queries, please call David on 0413 715710 or Joe on 0405 666966

As part of the upcoming Australian Open, Prince would like to invite you……..
